My photography was initially landscapes and flowers, however, within a year I found myself liking a variety of subjects to shoot. Even shooting people in their natural environment, which I said that I would never start photographing people.

I love to travel and be outside in nature. I find photography a way of seeing the world as a whole or each detail at a time. Photography is also mind stimulating, yet it takes one out of the stresses of everyday life.

My work has been exhibited around The Raleigh/Durham Area of North Carolina and in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. I also, have been honored to have my photographs exhibited in many juried shows, club as well as solo exhibits throughout the Triangle and to have won many awards along the way.

I have also, judged some longstanding and well known photography competitions.
